Many of our people have been with QSI for decades.

Trade positions include: Drywalling, EIFS, Stucco, Flooring (Regina only), Light and Heavy Gauge Steel Framing, Suspended Acoustical Ceilings, and Taping.

Office based positions include: Supervision, Estimating and Project Management, Safety Officer, Clerical, and Management.

Skilled tradespeople are our most valuable asset and we are strong advocates of mentoring and the apprenticeship model. Also, the Canadian government recognises the shortage of skilled tradespeople and is encouraging immigration and work visas for skilled workers from abroad.

At QSI Interiors Ltd. we support and encourage apprenticeship training on the path to becoming a certified journeyperson. We also provide in house training for our workers including:

government recognized upgrade training that has allowed many field experienced tradespeople to become certified journeypersons.
seminars on proper tool and equipment use.
certification for equipment such as manlifts and powder activated tools.

We are committed to apprenticeship training and provide support and incentive for our tradespeople to complete their certification.
